VYSION TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS HIRES CHELSEA UMPHREY AS IT CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

 

Vysion Technology Solutions (VysionTech) is pleased to announce its recent hire of Chelsea Umphrey, who will join the VysionTech team as an IT Customer Support Associate working from VysionTech’s Westerville office.  Within this role Umphrey will provide remote and onsite support for VysionTech’s Managed Services clients, handle help-desk work tickets, distribute client system monitoring reports, assist with the development and implementation of VysionTech marketing and communications efforts, and provide support for VysionTech’s project management and consulting engagements.

Umphrey brings her technical support and customer service experience to VysionTech.  Chelsea has experience supporting clients that range from BMW owners to corporate computer network administrators.  In her role as Customer Support Associate she will combine these two skillsets to serve VysionTech’s clients.

 

Most recently, Umphrey worked for a large IT Solutions and Managed Care company where she worked closely with clients to develop customized solutions to IT challenges.  Additionally Umphrey supported their sales and marketing efforts, including their E-Commerce Web Store.
